Thought there may have been a museum etc.

Try the Musee National Du Sport, in the increasingly happening 13e. Bibliotheque metro station is nearest. Your attention will have diversion attempts by other sports in which the French are interested though. 🙂

Take a walk up the champs too and have a look at thuse gutters they ride in…….
