    When it comes to effective top tube lengths and stem lengths

    Is it as simple as adding them together to give the cockpit size ?

    So a 600mm ET + 90mm stem would be the same as a 640mm ET + 50mm stem.

    With the 50mm stem’d bike being a little quicker steering ?
