I’ve just realised my perfect “bike car” can be had for £1500.

Impreza was a good choice, but I’d probably spring for the Legacy if it were me, purely for the legroom.

Failing that, a Passat 4Motion or Octavia Scout, although the Legacy would fit more into the “power” theme.

Not just a bike either – Jeremy’s bed looked astoundingly comfortable!

The last time I watched Top gear it was like a news show for cars, It was probably in the seventies or thereabouts. I might watch that and see how things have come along, I know its a different show now.
