    Hi,

Does anyone have any advice on possible causes of my lower shock bushes wearing out way too quickly (e.g. after one weekend of riding!)? So far I’ve checked the pivot bolts which seem straight and unworn and the frame pivots, which are all moving freely.

The bike’s an On-One Codeine with a CCDB Air and one brass offset bushing in the shaft end of the shock (upper mount – not the one that’s wearing out).

    Thanks,

    Scott

Have you changed the shock hardware? If not replace that too with something like a TF Tuned Heavy Duty reducer. If it still rattles loose after that then I’d be turning my suspicions to the eyelet being ovalised
