It's meant to be SD Memory Card. Do I need a TomTom one or can I buy a Kingston? Any problems with 8GB SD Card?

For europe maps on tomtom I think you only need a 2gb one. Any one will do, kingston or sandisk are the big names and pretty reliable. There is a difference between sd and sdhc- some units won't read the sdhc cards, which are the larger capacity (4, 8 etc gb), so stick with the 2 gb sd unless you're sure the unit will accept them.
