Big thanks to the group of guys who showed me some of the good bits that were off the beaten track, and apologies for slowing you down (to the point that you had to go back up tracks not once, but twice, to check I was OK!).

Also thanks to the countless people who asked if I was OK as I minced down various descents and had several OTB moments – I’d like to say I’m not usually that incompetent, but I am.

I’d had a crappy day at work and it was nice to get out in the fresh air and blast away some of the cobwebs.
