Right how does it work. Front easy as you get it the arrow to point in the direction of travel but what about the rear? I've been told on the rear to have the arrow pointing away from the direction of travel..help help

They must always point away from each other, never towards. Or you get static charges. 😐

The arrow refers to the way they rotate

Both arrows should point up when you stand on the ground near the bike.

If it doesn't show a rear specific direction then go with the one arrow.

yep I get it. What was confusing the matter was the “Front” and a “Rear” arrow. The “Front” arrow indicates the recommended rolling direction for the front wheel and respectively the “Rear” arrow is the direction for the rear wheel but others like conti tires just have direction arrows.

Fast riders should have the arrows in the direction of travel – because they pedal harder.

Slower riders should reverse this – they use the brakes more.
