    .. I ain’t 40 any more.

    Switched the (200-mile-a-week commute) road bike back to the Brompton for shared bike/rail commute and bought my season ticket this morning after three shunts in three months.

    Hopefully means I can get to the weekend not feeling too knackered to do anything and get on the MTB. Spring’s nearly here, after all… 😀

    Er, and the retirement (almost, though). Not forgetting the lack of prison.

    And the resistance to crashes (ask my spine).

    Pretty much a teddy bear though.
