Unfortunately I need to return my custom messenger for a warranty job – only 11 months old and the fancy reflective material is peeling away (not really up to the job, tbh. The rest is great).

A bit loathed to have to return all the way to the yanks as I’m sure they won’t pay return/shipping costs (which is another annoyance about the whole thing…)

So, is there a uk front to the firm I could post to here? There was a mention in the timbuk2 blog, but nil else and google comes up empty….
