Any one had a bike taken from the car roof? just wondering how easy its before buy I am aware any one one is commited wil have it away in no time.

You can lock them, but I’d never leave a bike on mine for any length of time.

Very easy. I once lost the keys for mine so used a very simple and commonly known technique to open the lock. Was increbidly easy and didnt damage the lock.

Not much of a deterrent to be honest. Left the keys at home once. Had it opened in 2 mins in the carpark without any special tools.

Best practice. Even when I used to have my bikes in the car, I would rarely leave the car unattended unless they were covered up properly.
