Looking at getting Thule 591 Prorider set up.
Put my Commencal Meta 5 on a mate’s 591 today and the lower shock mount is positioned exactly where the 591 clamp naturally wants to sit. When fiddled with it kind of works but is nowhere near as ‘snug’ a fit as his Lapierre Zesty.
    Anyone else had similar issues?

Yes – my mates old Meta was a right pain in the arse on my 591s. Had to clamp it above the lower shock mount on the downtube but it was at a weird angle so wrapped a load of extra straps around, just in case!

Clamp my meta between the lower shock mount and seat tube, never had any problems with it.
It will only go in one side though!

My issue with a Mont-blanc carrier was that I have to let all the air out of my fork, as the carrier arm doesn’t seem long enough!
