Off up around the Thrunton Woods area this weekend and I have been told that unless you know where you are going its a bit of a nightmare, any tips from the locals would be greatly appreciated…

Just go and discover what you can find, give yourself plenty of time, Look off to the sides of the fireroads for starts and ends.

You will always get back to the car park. Trails aren’t marked in an effort to keep the place low key.
