    Evening all

    Tonight I’m cooking dinner for a friend from the Mediterranean and was thknking of sundried tomato and feta pasta salad with grilled or baked fish with fresh rosmary and pine nuts.

    I’ve found a couple of recipes for the pasta but what fish would you use?

    Isn’t that a bit of a busman’s holiday for your guest?

    Give ’em some proppa English/Scottish/Welsh/NI/Irish* grub?

    If English, may I suggest fish finger sandwiches, or a couple of pints and a tray of your local kebab shop’s finest spinning meat.

    *delete as applicable.
