Does anyone know where I can get some of that silicone band stuff that stops your shorts legs moving around? Alternatively, tell me what it is called? I've searched for gripper band, stay up, grip strip, etc. with little success.

I want to make some alterations to my fleecey bib tights and turn them into 3/4s.

My current plan is to buy some cheap ladies thigh high stockings and cut the grippy band out!

I've got a pair of near new specialized knee warmers that you could have for £10 posted and cut up for the grippers – email in profile.

Worn twice but the grippers irritated my skin – I ended up with four red stripes around my legs and some intense itching. Thought I'd warn you in case you have sensitive skin…
