My wifes phone somehow got connected to the web while in her handbag and drained all her credit, this was a bad thing for her as she only topped up 2 days earlier.
I suggested that she phone Orange Customer Services to see if they would do anything as she definately does not use the web on her phone.
Not only did Orange re-credit her but also told her that the tariff she was on was expensive and changed her tariff for 'raccoon' wich costs a lot less, they also disabled her web access at my wifes request.
I think that was really good of Orange and demonstrates its relationship with its customers is a working one.
