I was interested in a Sherpa, possibly with ceramic rims.
Was advised that a regular rim would be better on the front.

I prefer matching rims so asked to be quoted for regular rims back and front.
Was strongly advised to have a ceramic on the rear and regular on the front and the quote arrived with their choice of spec, rather than mine

I suspected this might be an issue further down the line with other component choices so decided not to proceed.

Nice bikes though.

Jesus. Don’t tell them I built my tandem with ceramic rims front and rear, someone’ll come round and ask for it back 😉
