Any know if a Thompson lever would be compatable with a LEV?

I can only use my LEV lever using the ODI grips as my bars are really narrow and it wont clamp to the bar itself.

Any lever that has the ‘ball’ end of the cable at the lever end, rather than the post end will work. So yes, a Thompson one will work, or a Crank Bros, or even a LH shifter with the ratchet removed (only if you run 1×10 though).

Why not just put a wrap of electrical or self amalgamating tape on the bars first?

I use my Lev with a Gravity Dropper lever which works great and I prefer.
