There’s a guy who lives just down the road from me who gets out on club rides and does the odd race – he does this too.

I don’t know how he does it, to be honest.

Saw this on facebook last night, very inspitational. I met a guy who does a lot of offshore yacht racing who has only one hand, on some serious racing boats and solo. Incredible Damien Seguin Facebook

Awesome. Very interesting too, I have a mate who’s got very limited use in one arm following some unpleasantness last year, he’s trying to get back into riding but has unsurprisingly encountered a few issues. I’ve sent him that and am now looking up steering dampers and stuff. 🙂
