Just seen this on their site as I havent been for a few weeks. 50 race bikes that were lent out to local kids on club nights. Kids that either don’t have bikes or at best pretty shitty ones, got the chance to ride something decent twice a week, and get some coaching. Now some scumbags are probably selling them off for a tenner each on gumtree.
Anyone got an old bmx they dont want?
Bike Replacement Fund
by iancrt @ 20th March 2013
As you have probably seen, thanks to a number of people in the twitterverse we have unexpectedly begun receiving some donations from people and business local and far – with one donation coming in from Toga, which is apparently next to Ghana on the Ivory coast of Africa. Geography not being my strong point I still don’t know where it is…but it sounds very exotic!
There are two main ways to donate:
send the Club a cheque payable to:- ‘Bradford Bandits BMX Racing Club’
and send it to:- The Treasurer,
Bradford Bandits BMX Racing Club,
c/o 11 Wendron Way,
Idle, Bradford
West Yorks
BD10 8TW
OR you can donate by PAYPAL by sending a gift to bikes@bradfordbmxbandits.org.uk
Whatever way you choose let us know who you are so we can tell the world of your generosity (privacy will be maintained for donations from individuals)
If you want to donate a bike or have something else you think we may have a use for then again get in touch. If you just want say hi and vent your anger at the people that put us in this situation, get in touch.

CLUB THEFT!
by iancrt @ 19th March 2013
Overnight 17th-18th March 2013 the clubs storage container in the council yard was cut open and all our bikes were stolen.

This means we have no bikes to loan out at club sessions for the time being. We will still run sessions as normal, but you will need to bring your own bikes unfortunately.
If you are offered a bike and you suspect it may be one of ours please get in touch with the police
