I’ve read the instructions on the website but am slightly nervous about putting my shoes in the over [gulp] but the right shoes is pinching slightly at the joint of my little toe 🙁
Has anyone done this to a pair before? Is it as easy as they say or is it easy to bugger it up?

Very easy, I just made sure I got a separate oven thermometer as it is a low temp that you do them at. Make sure cleats and insoles removed then just bung them in for 20 minutes, might take a couple of tries to get it right.
They are very very stiff and once sorted seem to be a good shoe.
The website says you can do as many times as you like…

    Seemed simple enough…

Not that I use them thou. Didn’t find them comfy at all.

Done mine in the oven twice, first time they were still a bit cramped at the toe.
Even used the wife’s hairdryer to soften the toe, then pushed the toe out with a wooden spoon.
Just remember to remove the insoles when you heat them, found out I now have one size 4 insole for a size 8 Bont.

havent done it with shoes, but decent ice skates are done like this these days, ive done em at home a few times, no problems at all.
er, do i need to point out that a gas oven is a bad idea?
