    Criteria for banning someone under the pubwatch scheme.

    Reprimand, Formal Warning or Charged with offences involving: –
    a) Acts of Violence – An offence under the Offences against the Person Act 1861 and
    Common Assault (Criminal Justice Act 1988).
    b) Causing criminal damage;
    c) An offence under the Public Order Act 1986;
    d) Possession or supply of a controlled substance;
    e) Possession of an offensive weapon.

    Remember the B&B banning people with different sexuality? That B&B got into a bit of bother with the law didn’t they. 😆

    anyway If this goes through I might head into Maidenhead for a pint at somepoint (I did live there briefly its the worst plavce Ive ever lived a soulless hole – and I grew up in Dunstable & now live in Milton Keynes!)

    Paul Scully is also banned from my shop.
    My reasoning is that we have many customers from the mainland and as he wants them to leave i would be betraying my customers.

    Once we leave the EU we can have all the great British banning rights back and all the pubs will have “No Dogs, No blacks, No Irish EU” signs up again.

    “all licensed premises” – so restaurants are off limits, maybe the town hall too if they have an alcohol license…
