Old Fashioned mouse trap baited with peanut butter:
    1) Cheap
    2) Quick
    3) Humane (relative to it bleeding to death…….)
    4) Not smelly- Bag it, bin it
    5) You can see what has been there.Rat, mouse etc
currently using above method to work through a family of Rats in the garden! Two down….

You’re supposed to use a humane mouse trap to catch the mouse, then release it into the wild at a distance greater than a mile from your home (so it doesnt come back)

If this isnt possible, just disassemble your home around the mouse and rebuild it somewhere at distance greater than a mile from the mouse.

Don’t waste peanut butter on a mouse.

Do it as soon as you can too, they breed like former girl-band pop stars.

When I had mice in the loft I googled it and STW was third on the list, so you’ve come to the right place. Anyway before you worry about getting rid of them you need to stop more getting in. I’ve put fine mesh over the air bricks as they reckon if you can get a pencil in a gap a mouse can get in.
