I think it was a teacher who had a new kid in their class who had a name that he challenged us to pronounce. It was a weird combination of letters and numbers. What was the name?

TJ you’re a super star thanks. Having dinner with some friends who have called their new born son Dexter. Which is growing on me now but I wasn’t so sure before.

So they’ve named their kid after a fictional serial killer – wow.

They had a ‘secret list’ for both girls and boys names that they refused to disclose before the baby was born. I always felt that was a terribly risky strategy; parents to be are notorious for serious lapses in judgement. Christ the wife and I were convinced that ‘Wiloughby’ was a great names for a boy for quite a while! It was only the unrelenting and unanimous dissaproval of friends that made us realise our folly.

The name ‘Dexter’ does seem to have been somewhat influenced by Dexter Fletcher. Apparently my mate was a big fan of Press Gang!
