    You know, versions of the mule etc., which were made with lighter ripstop-type material.

    What were they called and where do they sell em?

    What is more irrelevant is the excess lard on the fat biffer that will be wearing it – but you miss the point 😆

    i dont have any idea. what about the ones that they made in a shirt for racing, holds about a litre, and you wear it under your jersey, seen them about.

    I got one half-price last year as they'd been discontinued. I too fail to see the point but a bargain is a bargain.

    I only take 1.5L for whole day rides.

    Light + fast is the way to go. 🙂

    Innov8 hydration packs seem to be the lightest of all, but may be bordering on the flimsy for the stw 'hefty packers club'
