Bet you’re the life and soul of a party.
Thats the thing, if you want to play some music at a party to rave to or whatever, then this new album fits the bill.
However, as an album that you would sit down and listen to, its pretty whack. Not a patch on The Experience, MFTJG or Fat of the Land.
Too many of the songs sound a bit samey and bland (maybe not the best way of describing it) They sound like Freestylers or Pendulum tracks, not very original at all. A couple of the songs sound like there old school stuff before MFTJG.
However, the album is pityfully short (about half the length of MFTJG) and has no epic tracks in it like Narayan, No Good, Speedway etc. Plus all of the songs annoy me by the fact they seem to tightly structured.
Overall, its probably most like The Experience, but if you really enjoyed the Prodigy of MFTJG and Fat of the Land then Im not sure whether you’ll enjoy this.
