it may not show up in the forum index, but it does show up in the post within the classifieds. After their name. When you're buying stuff. And that.
Seems a bit over kill IMHO and makes the page visually less appealing.

Don't fear change
The classifieds bold is also to give more prominence to the ads of Premier users. Like bolding your ad in yellow pages. Except it's all part of the Premier service and we don;t charge extra
