Anyone on here ever done it? It’s been bugging me for years. I once got about half way up but the path was blocked by a dead lamb!

Still it doesn’t seem impossible. Doing the step ups near the top on tired legs must be the main stumbling block I expect. Any tales of success or failure would be appreciated

I’ll give it a go if you tell me where it is. Love riding in that area.

I’d like to wager nobody could do it. Big steps near the top, big holes in the cobbles and stuff. Its pretty tech coming down it… riding up it is something I’ve never even considered (why the hell would you?!)

andycs – have a look on a map for Lumb Falls/Lumb Bridge. There’ll be a BW coming down to it east to west. The cobbled climb is out eastwards towards Limers Gate etc.

I would rather it didn’t become a challenge. As DBW says its tough enough going down.I dont mind the walk and believe some things are ment to be walked 😉
