    5 weeks post thumb break and now finally seeing the physio I should have seen in the public system privately.

    Moving hand again life is better ate with my right hand again!!

    Better still started negotiating on the no bikes till mid March prognosis, on no massive OTB stacks until mid march and see how the rest goes, holiday & race back on!!
