Anyone else watch the final part of this tonight?

Absolutely spellbinding stuff. If you missed it then check it out on iplayer.
Fantastically shot. Informative, engaging and full of empathy.
Our hearts were in our mouths while the hunters were out.

This (and the Stargazing Live) is the kind of show I gladly pay a license fee for.

I watched the first one which I found totally absorbing and fascinating. But decided not to watch any further episodes as I was convinced that it would end in tears. As it was, I found the emotional roller-coaster of whether or not, Lily would be reunited with Hope a tad challenging 😀

Well it’s bitter sweet ernie, but without spoiling it I wouldn’t say the ending is too sad.

Not sure I can morally get worked up about the folk hunting bears for their meat – upsetting as it is, I eat cows, sheep, etc that suffer a far more industrial-scale slaughter.

But killing bears (or any animals) just for “trophies”… grrrrrr! 👿
