As far as I can tell from their recent legislative and police behaviour South Australia wants no one who’s ever ridden a bicycle anywhere near the place.

National newspaper used to send a reporter to coastal resorts in the summer. If you identified him, were carrying a copy of his newspaper and went up and said ‘you’re so and so and I claim my £5’ he gave you £5.
