    Why didn’t they just have shorter races, rather than the stupid car swap?

    Is there much difference between a car swap and changing tyres in F1? They could easily make tyres to last the distance in F1 but people seem to like pit stops- its sometimes the only way they can overtake each other in F1

    Besides there will be no need for car swaps in the 2018/19 Formula E season as battery capacity will be doubled.
