    Well I don’t work for a retailer that sells specialized any more, so I am now a ‘consumer’ as far as that brand is concerned, but had an issue with the frame of my stumpjumper carbon 29’er.

    Got to give them credit, specialized UK customer services took care of this quickly, and Stephen at cycle surgery Camden was happy to receive my warranty frame set, all sorted within the week. Great to see a brand stand behind their product when a problem occurs.

    They are great at sorting things out, helpful to talk to and have always come through for us, even more this year. Bikes arnt that bad either.

    Good to hear. I was pleased enough when they replaced my wiretap gloves recently.

    Replaced my cracked demo c that wasn’t from UK. Awesome.
