I bought a tv bracket from bracketsrus.co.uk

It’s arrived damaged and now i’m desperately trying to speak to someone there. there is a messaging company but all they can do is pass messages on. which of course never get returned.

Any ideas?

if it’s been a while & they still aren’t playing, start looking at getting your credit card company or Paypal etc. involved

Going through a similar situation with somebody else at the moment.

Set the credit card company on them (we did this morning). If the matter is resolved in the meantime the credit card company will back off. If it isn’t they will set their dogs on them.

Some git tried to rip us off after supplying damaged goods last year. Weeks and weeks of pissing about followed but once Tesco finance got involved it was sorted within days. You only have 100 days to do it though and the Paypal dispute period is shorter IIRC.
