After an op to re-align my leg, i had to wear a brace whenever i moved with my crutches which kept my leg straight. After 6 weeks, the muscle which joins to the hip/groin basically had enough and now i have a severe tendonitis..

i take anti inflamatatory meds, use ice and rest my physio does ultra sound on the area..is there anything else i can do?

so far i have suffered 2.5 weeks of this i i dont want it to become chronic.

I've had two hip ops and have been left with similar problems, find a good physio, I am now seeing the physio the surgeon sends the private patients to. Eye wateringly expensive but very good.
