Anything with chorizo is a winner in my book. The stuffing roll looks great too.

To the tartiflette recommenders: Thank you. Not had tartiflette before, damn that’s good. Recipe here, although I didn’t use the proper cheese but some kind of packaged 4 cheese mix from the local store.
