    I place an order with a company for a Dirtworker and a brake bleed kit.
    A day later I get:

    Thank you for placing your order with us. We are expecting the bleed kit on your order in next week. As soon as it comes in we will dispatch it out to you.

    I look at their website for their delivery policy, which tells me:

    For orders consisting of multiple items we will post out part of your order if we don't have all of the items requested.

    'Cool', thinks I – 'they will send the Dirtworker' – but it wasn't mentioned – so I'll call and ask.

    I asked. They haven't got any Dirtworkers in stock and both will be sent out to me next week. I said I was a bit miffed this wasn't mentioned in the e-mail.

    Thats because we've not got a delivery date from the supplier so we don't know when we'll have them in stock

    So you can't promise next week then can you? Ermmm, we'll get them out as soon as we have the stock.

    That is a bit crap isn't it?

    They have no Dirtworkers on order.

    CANX and going direct. Lesson learned.
