Can anyone let me know what the timings refer to on the TDF time schedule? We happen to be in the Dordogne on the 26th and might head out to catch the race. On the schedule to the right of the caravan there’s ‘L’ & ‘F’ column, am I right that the time indicated under ‘L’ is the time the tour will pass that point?
