    I run zees with 203mm front and rear icetechs. I’m mental.

    Bigger brakes are better.

    And I can take a shit bigger than the weight difference between smaller discs.

    If you can modulate brakes nicely you can use any size discs.

    Zee on 203 rotors front and rear here, with Superstar kevlar pads.

    Tons of power, no fade, brilliant modulation and all the power you could need, especially when tired or with arm pump.

    I’d have to be blown away by something to change now.

    I swapped from XT to saints.. better modulation, the XT always felt on with the initial bite, but not much more power after.

    The saints don’t feel so on In the initial bite, but the more you pull the lever comes more stopping power.

    Levers also smaller in general as the reservoir/master cylinder is smaller, makes the bars look less cluttered compared to the XT.
