    Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help but I have bought the conversion kit from Mojo.

Just wondering in the spring side there is a rubber washer type thing in the bottom of the lower leg. Does anyone know if this still needs to stay in the leg as part of the conversion or do I take it out? I have a new aluminium washer to go in.

I can’t find any documentation on how it should e done.

    Thanks for any help 🙂

I’ve done this conversion on a set of 36 Talas and I don’t remember an aluminium washer, according to Mojo the kit contains

    airshaft x1 – Float Topcap x1 – Negative Plate x1 – Base Nut x1 – Crush Washers x2

No mention of an aluminium washer 😕 .

The aluminium thing came as part of the kit it’s a sort of cup thing. It’s more the rubber washer in the bottom that I was worried about but I’m guessing it stays in and think it might be a bump stop….

    Maybe the kits are different.

There is a pic of the aluminium cup thing here: http://www.mojostore.co.uk/acatalog/Conversion-Parts-1.html

Just in case anyone thought I was going mad 🙂
