piss take indeed. the other day i bought some nuun hydration tabs, tube not much bigger than a packet of polos, while im at it ill bung in a powerlink as i gave mine to a mate on a ride. firstly a massive box turned up full of airbag packaging for the two items. then 1/2 a **** power link!!! thought there had been a mistake, but no 1.99 for 1/2 a link. needless to say im 1/2 a link short of a chain. although i think that staement should be applied to wiggle in this instance, clearly they are mad. i bought a load ages ago from lbs @99p for a full link.
