  • Taking car off the road before selling it – SORN?

Next week we're getting a Golf to replace our V70. The road tax on the V70 ran out at the end of November and it hasn't been on the road since (spent the first week of December in the garage getting a few bits fixed and MOT'd).
As it's going to be unused before going on sale in the new year do I just delare it SORN until it's sold?

Sharkbait, post some pics of it and some details of service history and price. I'm looking for a big diesel estate just now.

should be right as long as you fill in the paperwork and don't park it on the roadside, it needs to be on a drive or in a garage

Its only a month, you might as well tax it so it can be test driven. Makes it easier to sell as well.
