TacTuff Products – Anyone used these pannier / beam racks ?

Looking at beam racks and Topeak expanding panniers which I know are good but expensive.

As part of my searches came up with these TacTuff products which look the part but I have no experience of and can find very few reviews other than a few comments on Amazon.

Anyone come across these, what do you think ?
Worth a try or am I better off spending twice as much on Topeak ?
