    I’m dead clever me.

    I haven’t done any exercise in around 2 months now. In order to celebrate the cast and bandages coming off at the weekend, I decided I would head up to the top of Staines reservoir and do a session of Tabata sprints along the path.

    I managed 3 reps sticking to the timing, before wanting to vomit my eyes out. I eventually finished all 8 sprints after that (might have been 9 or 7 – forgot how to count), with rest period ranging from 20 seconds to about 2 minutes. However, in my defense, I couldn’t actually stand un-aided most of the time.

    I think I’ll do it again on Wednesday 😀
