  • Syntace X-12 – which thread insert

    Building up a new bike with Syntace X-12 and realised I hadn’t yet bought a thread insert. So off to Syntace I go to purchase, only to find there’s three; a concentric and two excentrics.

    Anyone know which one I should go for?

    You should default to the concentric, unless you have an out of spec frame that requires “toe and camber adjustment of the rear wheel“.
