I'm in the middle of refurbing some mountain bikes for a local youth project, and I could do with getting some better quality forks for the larger bikes. I'm 'donating' 2 sets of forks I have lying about myself; coil Pikes and air U-turn Revs as potential swaps for a couple of sets of decent quality 100mm travel forks - preferably Marzocchi or RS. Air forks that can be easily adjusted for different riders would be best, but I wouldn't rule out coil forks.
Details of my forks as follows - I can provide pics if people need/want them.
Marzocchi MX Comp 120mm ETA - 178mm steerer. Good condition, stanchions spotless, some rubs to logos etc
RS Pike 454 Coil U-Turn, black, currently set up with x-firm spring. Good condition. 170mm steerer
Revelation 426 Air U-Turn with poplock, black. Good condition 170mm steerer
Steerers seem shorter than lots of people want on here, but they're cut to fit my 04 Turner, Cove Handjob and the wife's Titus Motolite with a Thompson stem.
If anyone wants to simply donate an unused pair of forks to the cause, I'd be more than happy to accept them too.
