You may wish to confirm whether this is a Dialled Bikes Alpine or an Orange Alpine frame.

Yes that is a very good point.
It is a orange alpine 160 frame 2011 size 18".

Does it have a tapered steerer and 30.9 seat tube?

Yes it does, 2011 frame no difference to the 2012.
