Just wundering whether to go for the 2.25″ or the 2.4″ version of the racing ralph. I’m assuming nobby nics, racing ralphs (etc ..) are the same sizing?

How do they (2.25″ or 2.4″ swalbe) compare in volume for eg (I have these (some are well worn out) in the garage at the mo so I can go compare/imagine the size as I imagine they’re similar) to say:

    2.0″ Specialized ‘the captain’
    2.2″ Specialized fast trak
    2.3″ Continental Speed King
    2.1″ Kenda Nevegal
    2.2″ Bontrager ACX
    2.1″ Specialized Resolution
    2.35″ Maxxis High Roller
    2.25″ Maxxis Advantage
    2.5″ Maxxis High Roller
    2.3″ Specialized Enduro

and because I know from mates how big these are:
    [2.1″ Panaracer Fire XC]
    [2.1″ Panaracer Cinder]
    2.1″ Maxxis Advantage
    2.2″ Continental Mountain King
    2.25/2.2″ Bontrager XR
    2.35″ Panaracer Rampage
2.2″ Michelin (somthing chunky-ish, but sensible weight)
    2.2″ Continental Race King

Schwalbe always come up a bit narrower for any given size than other tire manufactures. For example I have a set of NNs in 2.1 and they seem about a 2.0 by other tires.

My Schwalbe Spice DH are 2.5″ and are much larger than High Rollers 2.5″.

the 2.4″ Big Bettys are a good size match for a 2.5″ highroller. Very good tyres, and fast rolling.

2.25 NN and RR I use are about the same size as the 2.1 Blue groove / Nevegal

    Okay thanks

High Rollers aren’t exactly big by any means (well maybe by continental) and nevegals are bigger than average so I’ve got an idea how they should size up
