Hi all. Yup, another quest for info on whether to go for a suspension seatpost or not. I ride a full suss Stumpy on trails and am foever dropping and raising my seatpost so am thinking of a remote operated seatpost. Anyone got any views on what to go for, what to avoid and whether they are worth the money (keen on the i900). Cheers.

You don't mean a suspension seatpost. They are entirely different.

Yes adjustable posts are worth it. I have a non-remote multi-drop Gravity Dropper – I find the remote isn't essential – and use it loads. Real confidence boost for me as I could set up my bike more FR/DH to get the most out of the techy downs, drops and jumps.

Your absolutely right mate, it is an adjustable seatpost I was referring to, sounds like it works for you
