So I’ve never replaced a spoke before, but one in my switch evo/stans crest wheels is totally seized.
I have proceeded to round it off unfortunately.

So, I need a new one – looks like I’m going to have to cut this one out.

The only problem is, what length?
I’ve tried the EVO hub details in the dt spoke calculator:
    Pcd 58/45, flange 21/38, 2.5mm spoke, 541erd for 26inch crest.

It’s a right side, 32 spoke, 2 cross – calculator says 294mm, which if I measure over the current spoke, takes it half way up the tyre.

    Anyone help here? Cheers.

Have you tried asking Superstar what length spoke they use? In my experience they quite helpful with technical questions.

Erm, just take out one of the others, measure it, then buy 2? (Or put it back).

Not sure how you’ve got 294 out of the DT calc?

With your numbers the Musson formula gives 250.16 left / 256.35 right.
