I heard a car advent on the radio and it mentioned sunset glass, I’ve looked on t’internet, but it’s not very clear. Is sunset glass any different to normal tinted windows or is it just marketing bollox?

I know some glass panels can function like a massive LCD, and you can vary the tint of the whole window by varying the voltage to the panel.

I have heard of it being used on high end cars, but I’m not sure what the name of it is I’m afraid.

Thats a good sunset glass off.

It’s just the term Skoda use to describe their factory tinted glass options.
